Urdd Gobaith Cymru

Urdd Gobaith Cymru is a National Voluntary Youth Body with over 55,000 members between the ages of 8 and 25. Since 1922, they have provided opportunities for children and young people to enjoy experiences through the medium of Welsh which will enable them to make a positive contribution in their communities. The Urdd’s office at Yr Egin is mainly used by the Urdd Myrddin team, as well as a number of staff and departments of the organization across the region including the Eisteddfod and Sport departments and is a useful meeting place for Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire arts officials.
