The Cardiff Animation Festival (CAF) team will be traveling across Wales with 90’s cult classic animated feature The Princess and the Goblin yn Gymraeg! 

Revisit the cult classic Welsh fantasy The Princess and the Goblin with a rare showing on the big screen - yn Gymraeg! The film was released in 1991 and was a collaboration between Wales and Hungary and this is the first time it has been screened in cinemas across Wales!  

While playing in the woods, Princess Irene is attacked by goblins. A warrior named Curty saves her. When the goblins attack the kingdom and capture Curty, Irene must use magic to save them! 

Following the screening there will be a chance to look at original animation cels, hand-drawn concept art and oil paintings from the film!
